Basic Troubleshooting Guide
1. Check the Internet Network.
The first step to troubleshoot is to check the network connection and status.
You can do this by trying to access other websites or online services and see if they work normally. If they don’t, then the problem may be with internet service provider, router, firewall, or proxy settings.
You can try to restart router, disable firewall or proxy temporarily, or contact  internet service provider for assistance.
If other websites or online services work fine, please move to step 2
2. Check the browser.
The second step to troubleshoot is to check the browser settings and compatibility.
You can do this by clearing browser cache and cookies, disabling browser extensions or plugins, or updating browser to the latest version.
You can also try to use a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge, and see if the web application works on them.
If it does, then the problem may be with original browser configuration or compatibility.
You can try to reset browser settings or check the browser console for errors.
